Welcome to the 2025 Middle Park Fair & Rodeo Fair Entry registration!
A few items to think about as you register your projects:
GENERAL PROJECTS:
- The Grand County 4-H Shoot for shooting sports members is Sunday, July 27th starting at 10am at Flying Heels Arena in Granby for archery and 12pm at Crooked Creek Trap Club in Granby for all other disciplines. 4-H participants must register to participate in County Shoot through Fair Entry. If you're in more than one discipline you'll have to register for each discipline separately.
- Exhibit Day is Wednesday, July 30th starting at 8:30am at the Extension Hall on Kremmling Fairgrounds. If you are unable to attend Exhibit Day you must make arrangements with Tonja at the Grand County Extension Office prior to July 14th.
- In Fair Entry be sure to register for your Exhibit Day Interview(s) and then go back and register your Exhibit(s). You should have two entries for one general 4-H project (1 Exhibit and 1 Interview).
- Supreme Exhibitor competitors will need to select an interview slot on Exhibit Day. There will be no other opportunity for the interview portion of Supreme Exhibitor. You will only need to schedule one interview even if you're competing in multiple species. Also, members need to make arrangements to come into the office and take the Supreme Exhibitor tests at the Extension Office for each species they are competing in. Tests must be completed before July 25th.
ANIMAL PROJECTS:
- Showmanship is required for every species and all other classes are optional.
- Horse Project Members need to register for all the classes that you think you may compete in. There will not be a chance to register for (add) a class at fair. It would be better to register now and then drop the class at fair. Reminder, you must use a horse(s) that you registered and ID'd in 4honline by May 1st of this year.
- Dog Project Members be sure you know your level for obedience and rally. If you're not sure, talk with your dog leader or the office before registering. Note that the Dog Show will be located off-site at the Kremmling Ice Rink on July 26th.
- Livestock: be sure to register each animal for their species. If you decide to not bring an animal to fair that has been tagged in, please let the office know.
- Breeding Animals: You should be able to register for the breeding classes and select your breeding animal in each species.
- Poultry: Breeding & Show birds need to be entered into 4honline no later than July 14th. Market birds need to be entered into 4honline by August 1st. We will assign market birds a MPFR tag at weigh in August 3rd where market pens can be determined for judging.
- Rabbit: Breeding & Show rabbits need to be entered no later than July 14th in 4honline. Please have all market rabbits tattooed and entered into 4honline no later than July 18th. Members can create their market pens in Fair Entry after their market rabbits have been approved in 4honline and brought over into Fair Entry (office will email when this is ready).
If you are unsure of what you need to do for registration please call the Grand County Extension Office for assistance 970-724-3436.
We look forward to seeing you at the fair!
