Welcome to the start of the preparation for the 2025 Richland County Fair and Rodeo. We are looking forward to a great Fair!
Before fair entry time, there are things that all members must complete in the FairEntry platform.
After creating the family account, all members and their contact information must be added. All families must do this, even if they are not a part of one of the pilot clubs. There is a Help Sheet on ZSuite called Adding Members in FairEntry, under shared documents.
After members are added, any member with an animal, not just livestock, must complete the animal identification process. There is a Help Sheet on ZSuite called Adding Members in FairEntry under shared documents.
Please create your account, add members and their animals in FairEntry as soon as possible.
The deadline for Animal Identification is June 2, 2025. If an animal and all its information is not put in FairEntry by the deadline, that animal will not be eligible for the fair.
At this time FairEntry is not open for fair entries but below is some information to help families start planning.
Fair entries will be due on July 7, 2025. No late fair entry forms will be accepted.
This year, two clubs (Brorson Farmhands and Richland Aces) will be our pilot clubs and they will complete a full online fair entry process, using this platform.
All other clubs will receive paper fair entry forms. These will be due to the office on July 7, 2025. Please note that the forms are different from last year’s fair entry forms and all information is needed for the office to complete each member’s fair registration.
After add/drop, each member received a document showing their 4-H projects that they are enrolled in. These are the only projects in which a member may enter under come fair time. Please plan accordingly.
